Terms & Conditions — pak977 Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pak977" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to pak977.org and its parent entity operating under an international gaming license.
• "User" / "You" / "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account on pak977.org or accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on pak977.org after successful completion of the registration process and identity verification.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, and related services available on the pak977 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, Color Game, and Golf simulator.
• "Wallet" means the internal PKR-denominated balance associated with a User's Account, reflecting deposits, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or match bonuses credited to a User's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that pak977 is required to conduct on all users prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the pak977 platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond pak977's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party provider failures.

By accessing the pak977 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pak977. They apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and must be read alongside these Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English text shall prevail in all respects.

The pak977 platform is strictly for adults. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on pak977. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of location.

To be eligible to use the pak977 platform, you must additionally confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You do not already hold another active pak977 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current or former employee of pak977, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You are not in a self-exclusion period imposed by pak977 or any affiliated gaming platform.

pak977 reserves the right to request identity documents — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or equivalent government-issued ID — at any point to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Each user is permitted to hold one account only on the pak977 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your pak977 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration data at all times. If any information you provide changes — including your contact number, email address, or payment details — you must update your account profile promptly.

• Your account credentials (username and password) are your sole responsibility to protect. Never share them with any third party.
• pak977 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent.
• You are liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, until you notify pak977 of any unauthorised access.
• pak977 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to give reasons.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of PKR 100/month after prior written notice.

pak977 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All funds in your pak977 Wallet are denominated in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. pak977 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Supported deposit channels on pak977 include:

• JazzCash — instant credit, zero platform fee. Available 24/7.
• EasyPaisa — instant credit, zero platform fee. Available 24/7.
• SadaPay — instant wallet-to-wallet transfer. Available 24/7.
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer, credited within 15–30 minutes on business days.
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer, credited within 15–30 minutes on business days.
• Meezan Bank — Islamic banking transfer, credited within 15–30 minutes on business days.
• USDT TRC20 (Crypto) — minimum equivalent of PKR 1,000. Credited upon 10–20 network confirmations. No platform fees.

pak977 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on deposits above certain thresholds as part of our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations. Large deposits may require supporting documentation before being credited to your Wallet.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. pak977 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposit.

Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa / SadaPay: Within 5 minutes of approval, available 24/7.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Within 4 hours on business days; up to 24 hours on weekends and public holidays.
• USDT TRC20: Within 30–60 minutes of approval, subject to blockchain network conditions.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Users who have not completed identity verification must do so before their first withdrawal is approved. pak977 may request additional documentation for withdrawals above PKR 50,000 in a single transaction or PKR 200,000 in a calendar month.

pak977 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited in Bonus Funds, which are separate from your real-money Wallet balance.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 15x (fifteen times the bonus amount) unless a different requirement is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unmet bonus balances expire automatically at the end of this period.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games and markets specified in the individual promotion. Some bonuses are restricted to sports betting, others to casino games — check the specific promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via different accounts constitutes fraud.
• pak977 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice if it suspects abuse, misuse, or technical error.
• Any winnings generated from Bonus Funds during an open wagering period are held as Bonus Funds until the wagering requirement is met, at which point they convert to withdrawable real-money balance.

pak977's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, PCB internationals, ICC tournaments), football (Premier League, Champions League, and others), UFC, kabaddi, tennis, and virtual sports. All bets placed on pak977 are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pak977 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except where the platform's Cash Out feature is available and explicitly offered on a specific market.
• Palpable errors — odds published due to human error or system fault that are clearly incorrect — may be voided by pak977 at its sole discretion, regardless of the outcome of the event.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been determined for the relevant market (e.g., in-play settled markets).
• pak977 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, any sport, or any individual user at any time without prior notice.
• Live / in-play betting is subject to slight delays in odds updates. pak977 accepts no liability for bets placed on outdated prices due to connectivity issues on the user's end.
• In case of a dispute regarding a betting outcome, pak977's decision — based on official data feed providers — shall be final and binding.

Cricket betting on pak977 includes ball-by-ball markets during PSL and international fixtures. Specific ball-by-ball rules are published on the relevant market pages and form part of these Terms by reference.

pak977's casino section includes live dealer tables, RNG (Random Number Generator) table games, slots, Color Game, Golf simulator, and other specialty games. All games available on pak977 use certified RNG systems or are sourced from licensed live casino studios subject to independent third-party audits.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software or live dealer processes. pak977 does not manipulate game results in any way.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slots and RNG games are based on long-term statistical averages. Individual session outcomes will vary and past results do not indicate or guarantee future results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server disconnection, power failure, or software error during a game round — the affected game round will be voided and the stake returned. pak977 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
• Users are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with casino games. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
• Live casino table limits (minimum and maximum bets per hand or spin) are displayed within each game interface and may be updated periodically.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak977 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on pak977 or attempting to circumvent a previous account ban by registering a new account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in bad faith. Users who discover an error are required to report it to pak977 support immediately.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other IP-masking tools to access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or to circumvent any restriction imposed on your account.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation in connection with bets placed on pak977.
• Colluding with other users or with pak977 staff to gain an unfair advantage on any game or market.
• Engaging in harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive language toward pak977 support staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the pak977 platform.

pak977 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pak977 reasonably believes that a user has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pak977 will endeavour to complete its review within 14 business days and communicate the outcome to the user via their registered email address.
• If a suspension results in a permanent closure due to a verified breach of these Terms, pak977 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance where that balance is directly connected to the breach (e.g., fraudulent deposits, bonus abuse proceeds).
• Legitimate real-money deposits not connected to any breach will be returned to the original payment source following the completion of any investigation.
• Users may voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting pak977 support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Outstanding balances will be paid out to the registered payment method after KYC clearance.

pak977 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across Pakistan. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or psychological harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users and can be activated at any time through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap how much you can lose within a defined period. Loss limits follow the same activation rules as deposit limits.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive on-screen notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders displaying your net session result and time spent playing.
• Self-Exclusion (Temporary): Suspend your account for a minimum of 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 months. During a temporary self-exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The exclusion cannot be lifted early.
• Self-Exclusion (Permanent): Permanently close your account with no option for reinstatement. This is an irreversible action intended for players who believe they have a gambling problem.

All content on the pak977 platform — including but not limited to the pak977 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, data feeds, odds compilations, game content, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak977 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak977 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pak977 platform without express written permission from pak977.
• Scraping odds data, game results, or any other structured data from the pak977 platform — whether manually or via automated tools — is strictly prohibited.
• The pak977 name, logo, and associated brand identifiers may not be used in any marketing, social media, or third-party context without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak977's total aggregate liability to any user arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the use of the platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

pak977 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of the form of action or theory of liability:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill — whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss arising from Force Majeure events, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, third-party payment processor downtime, or regulatory changes.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or your failure to notify pak977 promptly of unauthorised access.
• Any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if pak977 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any inaccuracies in live data feeds, statistics, or match information provided by third-party data suppliers — all such data is provided on an "as is" basis for informational purposes only.

Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pak977's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to pak977's internal complaints procedure.

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected]. pak977 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the internal resolution, you may escalate to the relevant regulatory body under pak977's gaming license. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available on the About Us page.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: Unresolved disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Arbitration shall be conducted in English.

You agree that any claim must be brought within 12 months of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims brought after this limitation period are permanently barred.

pak977 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — that is, where it significantly affects user rights or obligations — pak977 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the registered address on your account and via a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

For minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, or updates required by law — pak977 may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the pak977 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.
